At Cycle Walay, we strive to provide timely and convenient delivery options for our customers.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Process

• 1. Please ensure you inspect the product thoroughly before signing and receiving it.
• 2. If you find any damage (excluding known issues communicated by Cycle Walay Staff), you may return or replace the product without bearing any delivery charges. Photo proof will be required before returning.

Delivery Timeline

• 1. Orders are processed on the same day (Monday-Saturday).
• 2. Estimated delivery time:
  • Lahore: 2-3 working days
  • Outside Lahore: 3-5 working days
• 3. During promotions, delivery may take 3-5 working days due to high sales volume.

• 1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• 2. Credit / Debit Cards (Master, Visa, UnionPay, PayPak)
• 3. Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, Zindagi)
• 4. Raast

Return and Replacement

• 1. If you need to return or replace a product, please contact us.
• 2. Carriage charges for returns will be paid by the customer.

Undelivered Parcels

• 1. If a parcel is returned as undelivered due to customer negligence, the shipment will be charged to the customer.
