Return Conditions
All returned bicycles will be inspected. To ensure a smooth return process, please return the item in its original condition.
If the bicycle is damaged or soiled, we reserve the right to decline the return or offer a depreciated price based on the condition.
Return Timeframe
We offer a 24-hour refund opportunity. To qualify for a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- 1. Return the item within 24 hours
- 2. Ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition
- 3. Include the original packaging and invoice
Missing Items
- -COD refunds: 3-5 working days (excluding weekends)
- -Credit/Debit card refunds: 3-5 working days to appear on your card
- -JazzCash/Easypaisa refunds: 3-5 working days (excluding weekends)
If an item is missing from your order, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We cannot guarantee assistance after this timeframe.

Refunds During Sales Promotions
Please note that during promotions, refunds and exchanges are not allowed in-store.
Online refunds will be processed after the promotion and may take up to 3-5 working days.
