Unlimited doorstep visits cover labour charges, basic adjustments, safety checks, and lubrication. Parts and consumables are charged separately. This means you can call us as many times as needed during your subscription period without any additional visit fees.

Puncture repair is charged at PKR 100 per bicycle. This nominal fee covers both labour and the patch material. If a new tube is required, that will be charged separately based on the tube type and size.

Yes! Cycle Walay offers a wide range of new bicycles suitable for all ages, from kids' bikes to adult mountain and road bikes. We also stock accessories, spare parts, and cycling gear. Visit our shop or browse our online catalog.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and popular mobile payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa. For maintenance packages, payment is required in advance. Parts can be paid for upon delivery or service completion.

Yes, all repair services come with a 7-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period, we'll fix it free of charge. Parts installed by our technicians carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

Subscriptions can be cancelled with 15 days notice before the next billing cycle. Pausing is available for quarterly and longer plans – contact our support team to discuss your specific situation. Unused months cannot be refunded.

Most standard maintenance and adjustments take 30–60 minutes per visit. Complex repairs (e.g., wheel building or full drivetrain overhaul) may require 1–2 hours or a follow-up visit. We’ll provide an estimated time when booking.

We service most common types: kids bikes, hybrid, mountain bikes (MTB), road bikes, BMX, and city/commuter bikes. Specialized bikes (e.g., full-suspension e-bikes or high-end carbon frames) may have limitations — please confirm when subscribing.

Unlimited visits cover routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs (e.g., brake/gear tuning, chain cleaning). Major component replacements, frame damage, or custom upgrades are not included in labour coverage and will incur additional charges (with 50% parts discount on Annual plan).

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the first service visit after subscribing. If you’re not satisfied with our workmanship, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the first month’s fee (excluding any parts purchased).
