  • Frame and Fork: 5-10 years
  • Other Parts: 7 days
• Coverage:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship defects
• Exclusions:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, paint chips)
• Conditions:
  • Warranty valid only for original owner
  • Proof of purchase required
• Warranty Service:
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts

Cycle Walay currently offers doorstep services exclusively for:

• Kids bicycles
• Mountain bikes
• Hybrid bikes

Exclusion:

Please note that we do not provide services for Road Bikes at this time.
