Terms & Conditions

Customer will submit his original ID card to avail of the rental service.
Customer is liable to fully check the bicycle’s condition before possession and return the bicycle in the same condition as issued.
Customers will be charged separately in case any cycle part is broken/replaced or cycle is stolen.
The customer will be responsible for any loss of life/physical damage in the event of an accident.
Transportation of the bicycle will be charged separately in case the rentee doesn’t have any arrangement.
By signing this document, the rentee also agrees that in case of Cycle Walay needs a bicycle for a few hours (approx. 10), for a day's event, they can take it from the rentee and return it at the management’s own expense.

Hourly Packages

Customers will be charged as per the hourly rate if the bicycle is not returned on the agreed time

Customers will return the bicycle within 24 hours of the time when the cycle is issued.
If you return the bicycle after the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Monthly Packages

Customers will pay a security fee. It will be refunded after the bicycle is returned.
Cycle Walay will be responsible for the basic maintenance of the rented bicycle.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel the rental bicycle within 30 minutes and charges will be fully refunded.
Charges will not be refunded after 30 minutes of the issued bicycle.
